Refund policy

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We will gladly exchange an item for another item of the same or greater value at no charge. If you wish to return an item and receive a refund, then we can arrange collection from your address for a R99 return fee or you are welcome to send the item back to us through your own service providers. Unfortunately, Balls and Grips are non returnable items.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, i.e. unworn. You’ll also need to provide us with your proof of purchase.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received it and and process your refund.
